Refund refused by Meals & Creations

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6898-PTF-2214 placed with Meals & Creations on September 4, 2021. I paid $559.31 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sharon R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
