I have been a loyal customer of Meals & Creations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-1814-XIE-8727) on November 11, 2016, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
