I have been a loyal customer of Quality Market for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-4813-CHM-4477) on November 9, 2018, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
