Hidden fees discovered from Modern Alliance Corp.

On December 29, 1973, I signed up for Modern Alliance Corp.'s training session at their East Haven, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $789.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bart X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
