System crash after NanoDev Technologies product update

On June 18, 1990, I signed up for NanoDev Technologies's delivery service at their Willardshire, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $811.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mercedes H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
