I purchased a software from Best Bazaar Group Curitiba on September 17, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Constance K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
