I want to report a serious concern with MicroNexus Intelligence's application that I purchased on October 2, 2004 from your Port Myrlstad, Florida store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Doyle T., but my issue remains unresolved.
