I am writing regarding order #ORD-4493-ZFS-8206 placed with WebLink on August 29, 1970. I paid $261.7 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Frederic D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
