I have been a loyal customer of WebLink for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-1657-OZS-9404) on January 27, 2016, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
