Overcharged by Prestige Group LLC for service

On November 10, 1984, I signed up for Prestige Group LLC's delivery service at their Lurlinefurt, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $53.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alek D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
