I am writing regarding order #ORD-2596-IIN-2027 placed with Retail Plus on September 2, 2006. I paid $911.28 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carli Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
