I purchased a product from Feast Treats on February 13, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ruby N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
