Refund refused by Feast Treats

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6699-EID-4769 placed with Feast Treats on February 4, 1971. I paid $499.56 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Griffin I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
