I am writing regarding order #ORD-5866-ECR-6451 placed with WellnessTherapy Group on May 25, 2003. I paid $399.97 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Callie O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
