Overcharged by Value Finds Center Ltd. for service

On November 3, 2014, I signed up for Value Finds Center Ltd.'s setup assistance at their Herminashire, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $781.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gussie T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
