False promises made by Value Finds Center Ltd. representative

On April 27, 2017, I signed up for Value Finds Center Ltd.'s maintenance program at their Leathaburgh, California location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $351.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jacey G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
