I am writing regarding order #ORD-1781-ORO-6658 placed with Quantum Platforms Inc. on November 14, 2019. I paid $274.33 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stephania K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
