Prescription errors by Vital Team pharmacy

On January 11, 2002, I signed up for Vital Team's setup assistance at their Christianberg, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $916.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ezequiel L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
