Prime Housing Investments provided defective product

On March 27, 2021, I signed up for Prime Housing Investments's premium plan at their Lake Desireeport, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $607.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shanna V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
