I purchased a solution from Prestige Abode Management on March 16, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elinor B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
