Warranty claim denied by Wellness Med Corp.

On February 1, 2014, I signed up for Wellness Med Corp.'s technical assistance at their Medhurstshire, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $578.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abigail G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
