I purchased a solution from Rights Advisors of Advocate Hangzhou on March 2, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Naomi Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
