Unresolved issue with Retail & Direct product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7054-FHJ-6855 placed with Retail & Direct on August 7, 2015. I paid $594.36 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sage S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
