I purchased a product from Defense Services of Fair Holdings on February 4, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Arvel A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
