Warranty claim denied by Select Trend Central

On January 11, 1981, I signed up for Select Trend Central's installation service at their North Jerod, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $235.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jesse W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
