Refund refused by Practice Practice LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2579-PJW-5564 placed with Practice Practice LLC on January 18, 1977. I paid $124.57 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brandyn I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
