Billing dispute with Complete Institute

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1279-ESM-3992 placed with Complete Institute on August 9, 1987. I paid $34.16 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Barbara G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
