Billing dispute with Ultimate Design Enterprises

On October 26, 2018, I signed up for Ultimate Design Enterprises's consultation at their Marcellusstad, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $215.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ryleigh L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
