Warranty claim denied by Hearty & Spice Ltd.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3831-QLG-8420 placed with Hearty & Spice Ltd. on March 11, 1995. I paid $315.80 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marley I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
