True Deal refused to address issue

I purchased a system from True Deal on July 26, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ramona B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
