Unresolved issue with Supply & Express product

On June 4, 1989, I signed up for Supply & Express's troubleshooting service at their North Julius, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $577.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Warren D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
