Craft Cuisine LLC failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1604-ANT-9732 placed with Craft Cuisine LLC on June 14, 2006. I paid $178.45 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Edyth H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
