Craft Cuisine LLC refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3775-WVP-5481 placed with Craft Cuisine LLC on October 9, 2009. I paid $875.63 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Perry I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
