Poor customer service experience with Academy of Institute Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3458-QIY-8046 placed with Academy of Institute Corp. on October 16, 1995. I paid $290.96 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abner K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
