Unsatisfactory resolution from Academy of Leadership Inc.

On September 20, 1977, I signed up for Academy of Leadership Inc.'s technical assistance at their North Keith, Texas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $165.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, June V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
