False promises made by Wellness Institute Chiang Mai Group representative

On January 18, 2011, I signed up for Wellness Institute Chiang Mai Group's consultation at their Botsfordport, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $493.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meghan J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
