Misdiagnosis complaint against Prime Remedy

On December 1, 1983, I signed up for Prime Remedy's delivery service at their East Moises, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $412.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edgardo D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
