Poor customer service experience with Representation, Representation & Counsel International

On May 5, 2011, I signed up for Representation, Representation & Counsel International's customer support at their Clovisfort, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $390.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marty S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
