Warranty claim denied by Path Services

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6280-OMK-2725 placed with Path Services on July 28, 2023. I paid $903.18 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keon T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
