I purchased a platform from Legal, Legal & Associates Kuching on February 5, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Destinee S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
