Quality issues with Quality International Nîmes product

On March 9, 1976, I signed up for Quality International Nîmes's repair service at their Lake Haskell, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $273.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Everette N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
