I have been a loyal customer of Quality International Nîmes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-9817-JUK-5903) on April 2, 1977, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
