Overcharged by Craft Company for service

On December 19, 2017, I signed up for Craft Company's delivery service at their Kosston, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $665.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nelson X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
