Poor customer service experience with Projects Enterprises Windsor

On February 22, 1973, I signed up for Projects Enterprises Windsor's exchange program at their West Jarrett, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $603.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gussie Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
