I want to report a serious concern with Elite Build Contractors Ltd.'s appliance that I purchased on March 25, 1984 from your East Violet, Tennessee store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dereck T., but my issue remains unresolved.
