I have been a loyal customer of Wellness Specialists Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-4592-KYH-1274) on September 4, 1990, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
