Quality issues with Habitat & Development Rennes product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8189-RNW-2099 placed with Habitat & Development Rennes on June 20, 1972. I paid $703.83 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gus N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
