Unresolved issue with Modern Community product

On November 15, 1973, I signed up for Modern Community's repair service at their North Arliestad, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $300.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Judy V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
