Refund refused by The Learning University Group

On August 12, 1999, I signed up for The Learning University Group's return process at their South Matteo, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $288.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Domenic T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
