Refund refused by The Learning University Group

On January 16, 1977, I signed up for The Learning University Group's setup assistance at their Homenickmouth, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $749.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Evie U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
